Professional Support Network -- Let Your Support Be Our Concern!

Professional Support Network was born of an idea that began in early April of 2005. Both Nancy and I had been doing support, she for Mike Filsaime among others. I had been doing support only for Nancy and her partner John Jeremiah at LeadsRUs, later known as Sequential Marketing Group.

In early April 2005, Mike needed someone to take over customer support for his InstantBuzz program, and I was recommended by Nancy. I was hired, and soon thereafter took over support for Mike's newest project named PayDotCom.

This led Nancy and I to begin talking about starting a support service. We talked with a few others, namely Mike and Russell Brunson, for whom Nancy also worked. These two well-known Internet marketing 'gurus' seemed to think we could create a successful business in the customer support field, so we advanced our idea into what we now refer to as Professional Support Network.

Nancy Fahey:  I was born, and not hatched...... basically that's all I'm sure you want to know!

After living a whole lifetime, it seems... marriage, children..... illness......divorce.. I finally met and married my second husband, Jack, and embarked on a whole new life. A few years into our life, I found myself managing a business.... but, alas, the owner died; the business was sold and the new owners bid me 'adieu'! That was the day I decided to embark on a whole new career........ The Internet!

I was going to make my fortune marketing something, I was just sure of it.......but, in my travels I kept finding myself helping people, doing support, teaching in web conferences. I used to joke with people that "I never planned on becoming the 'Help Desk Queen" LOL. I started out by becoming the List Manager at SafelistBoys Safelist Submitter, then the Help Desk at Kiosk.ws..... on to doing 4 WebConferences for Kiosk, teaching autoresponders..... and then I met Mike Filsaime :-). Before I knew it, he was asking me if I would be interested in doing all his Support Work - and of course, I said yes. Next, Russell Brunson found me and I started doing his support work too (I was very fortunate to meet both of these men).

One day, Russell said to me "You have no idea how many people want to 'clone' you!", and shortly after that I realized that SUPPORT is my Niche! Ralph and I started talking about starting our own business.......and here we are!

Ralph Cotton: I entered the Military Service in November 1979, and served as a paralegal/legal chief until my discharge in September 1984.  I then returned to Kentucky and worked at several jobs until mid 1996, when illness forced me to retire.  I have been retired/disabled since that time.

My online experience began way back in 1982 when there was no real Internet and to get anywhere online you had to know the telephone number of whatever place you were trying to connect to.  I have seen some great advancements over the years with the Internet…and computers.  My first computer experience was with a very large IBM Displaywriter, which I used in my job as a Legal Services Specialist in reviewing courts-martials.

I got involved with online programs in late 1999, but could never get a real grasp of what I was doing.  It seemed I could never get involved with anyone that was willing to teach me what and how to make the Internet pay.  I stayed involved off and on until I met some unique individuals that were willing to help teach me what to do, and how to do it.  I finally began to make a little money…enough to actually pay for some of the programs I was working.

I have since gotten involved with doing customer support work, and although there are times when I could simply pull my hair out, I do find it quite enjoyable.  I have certainly seen some interesting situations arise from the help desks I have worked thus far.
